Antônio Calixto was a Brazilian performer best known as the official cover of Junior Lima, of the hugely popular Brazilian pop duo Sandy & Junior. He built a career impersonating Junior in live presentations, gaining recognition among the duo's devoted fan base across Brazil. He described himself as having been a cover of Junior since childhood, imitating his idol and representing him on stage with similar clothing, glasses, and beard.

Calixto gained wider visibility through his participation in the documentary 'Sandy e Junior: A História', available on Globoplay, where he appeared alongside Natiare Azevedo, the cover of Sandy. He was also credited with helping Azevedo in her own career as a cover, including bringing her to her first television appearance.

In his final months, Calixto was hospitalized with complications from pneumonia that led to a fistula in his esophagus. His producer, Quarto Sinal, organized a crowdfunding campaign and a benefit show to support his treatment. He died in São Paulo in August 2026, with his death announced by his producer.
