Padre Antônio César Moreira Miguel, known as Padre César Moreira, was a Brazilian Redemptorist missionary priest and journalist. Born in Cachoeira Paulista, he devoted 61 years to religious consecration and 55 years to the priesthood, dedicating his life to the Redemptorist mission, especially in the field of communication.
He was the first director of TV Aparecida, the Catholic television network based at the National Shrine of Aparecida. Over his career he worked at several major Brazilian radio stations, including Rádio Globo, Excelsior (now CBN), Record, Capital, América, Difusora de Goiânia, and Rádio Aparecida, becoming a notable voice in Brazilian Catholic broadcasting.
He died on 15 August 2026 at the age of 81 while hospitalized at the Santa Casa de Guaratinguetá, and was buried at the National Shrine of Aparecida.
