Kusaka Akira was a Japanese female streamer who, together with her partner Akemi, formed the duo ChemieKiller and was active on Niconico Live from the early days of the platform. The pair gained a devoted following for their broadcasts, most notably a dramatic makeup transformation stream that became widely known as the 'legendary makeup stream.'

Beyond streaming, Kusaka and Akemi co-operated the bar Bar ChemieKiller in Osaka's Kyobashi district, which celebrated its tenth anniversary shortly before her death. Her passing prompted tributes from figures including 2channel founder Hiroyuki Nishimura and talent Kohara Brass, reflecting her standing within Japan's internet entertainment community.
