Lluís Bonet i Armengol was a Catalan Catholic priest born in Barcelona in 1931. He served as parish priest of the Sagrada Família for 25 years, becoming one of the most prominent ecclesiastical figures associated with Gaudí's iconic basilica. His tenure included witnessing the 2010 consecration by Pope Benedict XVI before his canonical retirement in 2018.

Bonet played an active role in the beatification process of Antoni Gaudí, participating in the diocesan process opened in 2000 and collecting testimonies and documentation about the architect's life, faith, and Christian virtues. He was the son of architect Lluís Bonet i Garí, a disciple of Gaudí who continued the Sagrada Família's construction after the Spanish Civil War.

Beyond the Sagrada Família, Bonet served 14 years as priest of Sant Cristòfor parish in Terrassa's Ca n'Anglada neighborhood, where he demonstrated strong social commitment by supporting workers, the sick, grieving families, and vulnerable community members. He also held responsibilities as episcopal vicar and helped organize the Pastoral Zone of Terrassa.
