Nobuhisa Ito was a Japanese broadcaster and radio personality who spent his career at Gifu Broadcasting (ぎふチャン). Born in Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture, he graduated from Meiji University and joined Gifu Broadcasting in 1981, working as an announcer for over four decades.
Ito hosted numerous television and radio programs, including the long-running radio show 'Kyou mo Radio wa!? 2-ji 6-ji' and served as a regular news anchor. He was also well known for his sports broadcasting, particularly his radio play-by-play commentary of the Gifu prefectural high school baseball tournament.
Beyond announcing, Ito held several executive roles, including news department chief, executive officer and Tokyo branch manager, and Hida Takayama bureau chief for the Gifu Shimbun. He continued announcing high school baseball broadcasts even after moving into management.
Ito died of colorectal cancer on August 17, 2026, at age 67. His final broadcast was the radio commentary of the Gifu prefectural high school baseball final on July 28, 2026.
