Tito Bruno Ryff was a prominent Brazilian economist and public servant with over five decades of contribution to economic policy and public administration. He held multiple government positions including subsecretary-adjunct at the Ministry of Finance and state secretary in Rio de Janeiro.

Ryff was elected to public office, serving as a city councilor in Rio de Janeiro from 1989 to 1991 and as a state deputy from 1991 to 1995.
