Tito Bruno Ryff was a prominent Brazilian economist and public servant with over five decades of contribution to economic policy and public administration. He held multiple government positions including subsecretary-adjunct at the Ministry of Finance and state secretary in Rio de Janeiro.

Ryff was elected to public office, serving as a city councilor in Rio de Janeiro from 1989 to 1991 and as a state deputy from 1991 to 1995. He was recognized as a leading figure in Brazilian economics and played a significant role in formulating public policies focused on Rio de Janeiro's development.

In his later years, he worked as manager of Public Policies at Sebrae Rio, where he advocated for reducing bureaucracy and strengthening small entrepreneurs. He also served as vice-president of the National Agriculture Society and was a member of the Brazilian Institute of Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
