Tomochika Chizuru (born 1947) was a media figure based in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. She ran the Atelier Pierrot, teaching painting, flower arrangement, decoupage and other arts, while also working as a fortune‑teller. For about fifteen years she hosted a regular program on RNB Nankai Broadcasting, becoming a familiar voice on local radio. In May 2024 she appeared on the TBS variety show “Ningen Kansatsu Variety Monitoring,” further raising her profile. She was also known as the mother of Japanese talent Tomochika, which added to her public recognition. Tomochika Chizuru died on 27 July 2026, and a memorial service was held in Matsuyama on 30 July.
